Faith National Family Ministry is a nonprofit organization on a mission to assist families with obtaining affordable housing.  We have been approved by the State Corporation Commission to do business in the State of Virginia as a nonprofit organization and have received our employment Identification Number from the Internal Revenue Service.  The organizations 501 (C) (3) application has now been approved by the "Internal Revenue Service."  The nonprofit organization is accepting large, medium, and small donations to purchase land and build affordable and low income housing throughout our comminities.  We will need to obtain approval for the building projects from the local county or city governmental office representatives.  Some of the donations will be utilized for the land subdividing, storm water management,  site plan, and engineering reports and designs required by the county or city agencies.  If your heart is leading you to donate towards these future building projects, it will be greatly appreciated and you will surely be blessed for looking out for the needs of others.  These are charitable pledge donations that will help in the affordable and low income home building process and land purchases.  The nonprofit organization will seek to have some homes donated to us from modular and manufactured home companies.  We will also seek to have supplies and materials donated from building supply companies and have subcontractors donate their time to complete construction work.  The nonprofit organization is asking for donations from individuals, organizations, companies, and foundations to help us with our building projects and will not require anyone to donate in order to qualify for our program or donated homes.  The nonprofit organization board of directors will take a look at applications submitted to determine the qualified families or individuals for these homes.  You would also be required to meet the guidelines as set forth in our income price charts.  The charts may be found on our web-site.  If you would like to make a one time donation or a 12 month pledge donation to our organization, you can click on the donations button and follow the directons.  All donations are tax deductable.  Our goal is to obtain 60,000 to 100,000 or more pledges state-wide in Virginia.  We are very serious about what we are trying to accomplish in meeting the needs of individuals and families.  I know that with your faithful support of this ministry, many lives will be transformed.  We also want to support our troops by making this program available to them.  We love our troops and thank them for protecting our country.  You may also mail your donations with the following information: Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address (email address can be optional) to: Faith National Family Ministry, P.O.
